These days, computers are simply a way of life.  Most people can't do their jobs, or live their lives without being connected to the 'cloud' (that's a fancy word for Internet).  Whether you're actually being productive, or connecting to friends on Facebook, or Twitter, watching Youtube videos, sending emails or using your computer for some seriously cool stuff... more computers in the world means more problems.  And more PROBLEMS, means, you can't compute until the problem goes away.
 

That's where we come in!

Computer store technicians require you to either pack your computer up and bring it in, or charge exorbitant rates to come to your house.  Typically $80, $90 per hour (in shop) and over $100 per hour in home...  That's a pretty expensive hour, especially when the problem only took 15 minutes to fix!  They charge that much for in-house service because it's INCONVENIENT for them to leave their shops to help you out.  True!

it-guy.net has no expensive overhead, and can afford to charge REASONABLE rates for computer repair, whether it's a computer that doesn't power up, or Windows requiring cleaning, to a full-windows backup and reinstall...  we can help. In FACT, if all you have is a simple problem that can be fixed within 15 minutes... we'll probably be able to do it for you for free, without even invading your home*!  Our 15 minute remote control session is FREE, and allows us to help you without having to brave traffic to get there!  If we can fix your problem within that time... it's done.  If not, we've probably gone a long way to figuring out what IS wrong and, when we do send someone to your house, the job will be done a lot quicker.

If you have a problem that requires hours and hours of scanning, cleaning, defragging...  we'll pick your computer, take it back to our shop, and only charge for the time that we're sitting in front of it (not the hours it might really take to get it working correctly!)

MOST IMPORTANTLY:

If we can't fix your problem (hey, nobody's perfect)...  You don't pay for it, even if it took hours of hair pulling to reach that conclusion.  And our service is guaranteed.  We don't leave until YOU agree that the problem is fixed.
